S2V started its business in 1997 as a local Kuwaiti trading company. Over the years, it has evolved into a multidisciplinary firm specializing in trading, consultancy, advisory services, and the construction sector.
- 1997 – Inception: S2V was founded as a local business and trading company in Kuwait.
- 2005 – Consultancy: Strengthened consultancy and trading operations through its first international cooperation in the Medical and Oil & Gas sectors, with a special focus on SMEs.
- 2020 – Expansion: Expanded consultancy to include large-scale projects and introduced the construction arm of S2V.

Inception 1997
S2V began as a Kuwaiti local business and trading company under the name Al-Qalam Corp.
Consultancy 2005
The company expanded its consultancy and trading arms through its first international collaboration in the medical and oil & gas sectors, with a special focus on SMEs.
Expansion 2020
S2V expanded its consultancy to large-scale projects, introduced a construction arm, and grew its trading division to include chemicals and petroleum products.
